欢迎使用“我的赛事 / My CS Events”（以下简称“本 App”）。使用本 App 即表示你同意本使用条款。
1. App 与订阅信息
- Bundle ID：com.XhrLeokk.myevents
- 月付订阅 Product ID：com.XhrLeokk.myevents.plus.monthly
- 年付订阅 Product ID：com.XhrLeokk.myevents.plus.archive.annual
- 订阅名称：我的赛事+ / My CS Events+
- 订阅周期：按月或按年自动续订，具体以 App Store 购买确认页面显示为准。
- 免费试用：如购买确认页面显示 7 天免费试用，新用户可在试用期内使用对应订阅权益。试用结束后会自动转为所选订阅，除非用户在试用期结束前取消。
2. 免费版范围
免费版可浏览当前 App 最新年份的赛事目录，并开放最新 5 场赛事的基础分析与 Contrib 展示。免费版不提供完整 Match Detail、2D 页面、Radar 页面、年度榜单或其他标记为 Plus 的功能。
3. Plus 版权益
订阅“我的赛事+ / My CS Events+”后，用户可按订阅层级获得以下权益：
- 月付 Plus：已收录的 CS2 S 级赛事分析、完整赛事页面、Match Detail、2D 与 Radar 页面，以及年度榜单；
- 年付 Plus：包含月付 Plus 的全部权益，并额外包含已收录的 CSGO 时期赛事内容与分析；
- 订阅有效期内随 App Store 版本发布的数据更新。
4. 价格、续订与取消
实际价格、币种、税费和订阅周期以 App Store 购买确认页面显示为准。订阅会自动续订，除非用户在当前订阅周期结束至少 24 小时前取消。
用户可以在 iOS 的 Apple ID 订阅管理页面中管理或取消订阅。取消后，用户仍可在当前已付费周期结束前继续使用 Plus 权益。
5. 退款
订阅购买、续订、取消和退款由 Apple 处理。开发者无法直接处理 App Store 付款退款请求。用户可通过 Apple 官方渠道申请退款。
6. 无账号模式
本 App 第一版不提供账号系统。订阅状态通过 Apple App Store 和 StoreKit 在设备上验证。用户在同一 Apple ID 支持的设备上可按 Apple 的机制恢复购买。
7. 数据与内容说明
本 App 提供赛事数据浏览与统计分析展示。开发者会尽力保持数据准确，但不保证所有数据在任何时间都完全准确、完整或无误。赛事信息可能因数据来源、统计口径或后续修正而变化。
本 App 不是任何赛事主办方、战队、选手、游戏发行商或第三方数据源的官方产品，除非另有明确说明。
8. Apple 标准许可协议
如果本 App 通过 Apple App Store 下载，在未另行提供自定义许可协议的情况下，Apple 标准最终用户许可协议适用。本条款作为订阅与使用规则的补充说明。

1. App and Subscription Information
- Bundle ID: com.XhrLeokk.myevents
- Monthly subscription Product ID: com.XhrLeokk.myevents.plus.monthly
- Annual subscription Product ID: com.XhrLeokk.myevents.plus.archive.annual
- Subscription Name: My CS Events+
- Subscription Period: Monthly or annual auto-renewable subscription, as shown on the App Store purchase confirmation sheet.
- Free Trial: If the purchase confirmation sheet shows a 7-day free trial, new users may use the corresponding subscription benefits during the trial. After the trial ends, it automatically converts to the selected subscription unless cancelled before the end of the trial.
2. Free Version
The free version can browse the current latest-year event directory and open the latest 5 events for basic analysis and Contrib display. It does not include full Match Detail, 2D pages, Radar pages, annual rankings, or other features marked as Plus.
3. Plus Benefits
With an active My CS Events+ subscription, users receive benefits according to the selected subscription level:
- Monthly Plus: collected CS2 S-tier event analysis, full event pages, Match Detail, 2D and Radar pages, and annual rankings;
- Annual Plus: all Monthly Plus benefits, plus collected CSGO-era event content and analysis;
- Data updates delivered with App Store version releases during the active subscription period.
4. Price, Renewal, and Cancellation
The actual price, currency, taxes, and subscription period are shown on the App Store purchase confirmation sheet. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Users can manage or cancel subscriptions in their Apple ID subscription settings on iOS. After cancellation, Plus benefits remain available until the end of the current paid period.
5. Refunds
Subscription purchases, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Apple. The developer cannot directly process App Store payment refund requests. Users may request refunds through Apple's official channels.
6. No Account Mode
The first version of the app does not provide an account system. Subscription status is verified on device through Apple App Store and StoreKit. Users can restore purchases on supported devices using the same Apple ID according to Apple's mechanisms.
7. Data and Content
The app provides event data browsing and statistical analysis displays. The developer makes reasonable efforts to keep data accurate, but does not guarantee that all data is always accurate, complete, or error-free. Event information may change due to data sources, statistical definitions, or later corrections.
The app is not an official product of any tournament organizer, team, player, game publisher, or third-party data source unless expressly stated otherwise.
8. Apple Standard EULA
If the app is downloaded from Apple App Store and no separate custom license agreement is provided, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement applies. These Terms provide additional subscription and usage rules.
