Welcome to My CS Events. These Terms explain how you may use the app and its subscription features. By using the app, you agree to these Terms.
1. The App and My CS Events+
My CS Events provides Counter-Strike event information and statistical analysis. You can use the app without registering an account.
My CS Events+ is an optional auto-renewable subscription, available with monthly or annual billing through the Apple App Store. Both plans provide the same Plus features; their billing periods and prices differ.
2. Free Access
You can browse the standard pages of all events included in the app for free. You can also view and scroll the complete 2D and Radar landing pages and read their information panels. Their deeper interactions require Plus.
Selected Annual Content is available to view for free. Plus provides the complete Annual Content experience.
3. Plus Features
An active My CS Events+ subscription unlocks deep interaction and complete Annual Content built on the Contrib benchmark model.
Monthly and annual plans provide the same access to these features. Access continues while your subscription is valid, as confirmed by Apple.
4. Pricing, Trials, and Renewal
The App Store purchase confirmation shows the price, currency, billing period, and applicable charges before you subscribe. Payment is handled by Apple using your Apple Account.
If a free trial or introductory offer is available to you, its duration, eligibility, and subsequent price are shown before purchase. Unless you cancel in time, the offer continues as a paid subscription under the terms shown by Apple.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. To avoid renewal after a trial, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Apple's purchase confirmation and applicable regional rules govern billing and cancellation.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
You can manage or cancel your subscription through My Subscription in the app or your Apple Account subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. After you cancel renewal, access normally continues until the current paid period ends, subject to any refund or other change to your subscription status.
Apple handles refund requests for App Store purchases and determines eligibility under its policies and applicable law. The developer cannot issue an App Store refund directly.

6. Restoring Purchases
The app checks your subscription through StoreKit on your device. On a supported device using the Apple Account associated with the purchase, you can use Restore Purchases to check for an active subscription and restore access according to Apple's rules.
Purchasing, restoring, or refreshing subscription information may require an internet connection and access to Apple's services.
7. Event Information, Updates, and Reminders
Event information can be updated online as well as through app releases. An internet connection is required to check for and download online updates. Some updates may require a newer version of the app.
The developer makes reasonable efforts to keep event information accurate. Schedules, results, and analyses may change as sources are updated, statistical methods are refined, or errors are corrected. Information may not always be complete or current.
Notifications and calendar entries are optional conveniences based on the event information available to the app. Their creation, delivery, and updates depend on your permissions, system settings, and the app's ability to run. Check the event organizer's announcements for the latest schedule.
My CS Events is independently developed and is not an official product of any event organizer, team, player, game publisher, or third-party data source unless expressly stated otherwise.
8. Privacy
The Privacy Policy explains online requests, purchases, local data, permissions, feedback, and the choices available to you. You can change optional notification, calendar, and photo permissions in System Settings.
9. Apple Standard License Agreement
For an app downloaded from the Apple App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement applies unless a separate custom license agreement is provided. These Terms supplement that agreement with information about this app and its subscriptions. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

10. Updates and Contact
These Terms may be updated to reflect changes to the app, subscription features, or applicable requirements. Revised Terms and their update date will be posted on this page. Material changes will be brought to your attention where appropriate, with any additional notice or consent required by applicable rules.

欢迎使用“我的赛事 / My CS Events”（以下简称“本 App”）。本条款说明 App 及订阅功能的使用规则。使用本 App 即表示你同意本条款。
1. App 与我的赛事+
本 App 提供 Counter-Strike 赛事资料和统计分析。你无需注册账号即可使用。
“我的赛事+ / My CS Events+”是可选的自动续订订阅，通过 Apple App Store 提供月付和年付方案。两种方案提供相同的 Plus 功能，计费周期和价格不同。
2. 免费使用范围
你可以免费浏览 App 已收录全部赛事的标准页面，也可以查看和滚动浏览完整的 2D 与 Radar 初始页面，以及阅读其中的说明面板。页面内的深度交互需要 Plus。
部分年度内容可以免费查看。Plus 提供完整的年度内容体验。
3. Plus 功能
有效的“我的赛事+ / My CS Events+”订阅可解锁基于 Contrib 基准模型的深度交互与完整年度内容。
月付和年付方案提供相同的功能访问权限。在 Apple 确认订阅有效期间，你可以继续使用相应功能。
4. 价格、试用与续订
订阅前，App Store 购买确认页面会显示价格、币种、计费周期及适用费用。付款由 Apple 通过你的 Apple 账户处理。
如果你符合免费试用或优惠资格，购买前会显示适用时长、资格条件及后续价格。除非及时取消，优惠结束后会按照 Apple 显示的条件继续为付费订阅。
订阅会自动续订，除非在当前计费周期结束至少 24 小时前取消。如不希望试用结束后续订，请至少提前 24 小时取消。具体计费和取消安排遵循 Apple 购买确认信息及适用地区规则。
5. 取消与退款
你可以通过 App 内的“我的订阅”，或 Apple 账户的订阅设置管理及取消订阅。删除 App 不会取消订阅。取消续订后，通常可以继续使用至当前已付费周期结束；发生退款或订阅状态的其他变化时，访问权限可能相应调整。
App Store 购买的退款请求由 Apple 处理，是否符合退款条件由 Apple 根据其政策及适用法律决定。开发者无法直接发放 App Store 退款。
6. 恢复购买
本 App 通过设备上的 StoreKit 检查订阅。在受支持的设备上使用购买时的 Apple 账户，你可以选择“恢复购买”，按照 Apple 的规则检查有效订阅并恢复功能访问权限。
购买、恢复购买或刷新订阅信息时，可能需要互联网连接及可用的 Apple 服务。
7. 赛事资料、更新与提醒
赛事资料既可通过在线服务更新，也可随 App 版本更新。检查和下载在线更新需要互联网连接，部分更新可能需要较新版本的 App。
开发者会尽力保持赛事资料准确。随着来源更新、统计方法完善或错误修正，赛程、赛果和分析可能发生变化，信息也可能暂时不完整或尚未更新。
通知和日历日程是基于 App 当前可用赛事资料提供的可选辅助功能。其创建、送达和更新取决于你的授权、系统设置及 App 能否运行。最新赛程请以赛事主办方公告为准。
本 App 为独立开发产品，除非另有明确说明，并非任何赛事主办方、战队、选手、游戏发行商或第三方数据源的官方产品。
8. 隐私
隐私政策说明联网请求、购买、本地数据、权限、反馈及你可以作出的选择。你可以在系统设置中修改可选的通知、日历和照片权限。
9. Apple 标准许可协议
通过 Apple App Store 下载本 App 时，如未另行提供自定义许可协议，适用 Apple 标准最终用户许可协议。本条款对 App 及订阅相关事项作补充说明。本条款不限制适用消费者保护法律规定的不可排除权利。
10. 条款更新与联系
App、订阅功能或适用要求发生变化时，本条款可能相应更新。修订后的条款及更新日期会在本页面公布。重大变更会在适当情况下提示你，并依适用规则履行额外的通知或征求同意义务。
