Subscriptions and Restore Purchases

Subscription purchases are handled by Apple App Store. The developer does not directly receive or store payment card information, Apple ID passwords, or payment account information.

If you have subscribed but Plus features are not unlocked, tap Restore Purchases in the app first. If access is still not restored, confirm that the device is signed in with the Apple ID used for the subscription.

Refunds

App Store payments and refunds are handled by Apple. The developer cannot directly process refund requests. You can request a refund through Apple's official refund page.
